Cordial invitation to the exhibition
"Kunstfehler?"

The academy "When Heroes Travel" has embarked on an artistic hero's journey over the course of two years: Inspired by the classic topoi of ancient adventures - such as the Odyssey, the Aeneid or the Epic of Gilgamesh - this is not just about journeys through landscapes, but about the journey into the inner world, into the personal imagery of each individual.

With camera and curiosity, boundaries were explored: The focus was not on the usual photographic genres, but on the invisible - feelings, time, memory - what photography can make possible as a mediator.

Now four graduates - two women and two men - are presenting their visual worlds under the self-deprecating title "Kunstfehler?". After all, what is a "mistake" when art can be more than perfection?
