In the organizer's words:

In the 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝟭𝟰𝟵 in Bremerhaven, a special place of encounter and pause is being created in December. The exhibition shows the individual monthly pages of a calendar that was produced in a joint project with 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘇 𝗟𝗼𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘇 and creatively designed by children.

The focus is not on illness or fate, but on courage, imagination and the children's personal view of the world. Each calendar page tells its own story and invites visitors to take their time and allow the works to have a conscious effect. The exhibition is complemented by short information texts on the origins of the project and children's hospice work.

The exhibition is deliberately designed as an open space. A small seating area invites visitors to linger, engage in conversation, read (literature available) or simply remain quiet for a moment - especially in the often hectic pre-Christmas period.
