Kunstkarussell Cut it out - Papier in Bewegung

In the organizer's words:

With Anna Bart

After a dialogical and performative tour through the exhibition "The Silent Revolt of Things. Schröder Donation", we will approach selected works of art through scenes, movements and small actions. Inspired by the work "Die Stummheit der Gebannten" (1992) by Felix Droese, we then cut, glue and experiment with paper and scissors.

Through creative design, reflection and exploration, we will embark on a journey of discovery together: How does a cut become a line? What is a paper cut? What role does color play? When does a line become a shape? And what can a collage tell us?

We will gather impressions, work with your spontaneous ideas and pursue the questions that arise along the way. We will approach the artwork through lines, shapes and postures - the scissors will become our pencil. Let's go with the scissors!

The workshop is intergenerational and invites children aged 6 and over and adults to explore creatively and develop their own artistic ideas.
