Ensemble project of the 3rd year drama class in collaboration with the stage design and costume design courses at the UdK Berlin

They actually wanted to study acting. Now they are investigating self-staging strategies made at art academies. The 3rd year drama ensemble project in collaboration with the stage and costume design degree programs dares to take the leap from the stage to the feed.

Isn't it possible to get much more out of the students' professional performance skills than intensive theater evenings and a permanent position in the ensemble? What happens when the stage becomes a rehearsal for the next career step? And who is actually playing whom here?

A musical evening about realness, fame and the fine line between appropriation and homage.
