Kunstspur und Gartenlust

Every two years, the Kunstspur in Wennigsen invites visitors to explore the doors of studios, workshops and exhibition venues - offering a very special insight into the creative heart of Wennigsen.

What makes the art trail so unique is that visitors not only come into contact with a wide variety of art - from painting and sculpture to ceramics and photography - but also meet the artists in person, can ask questions, engage in conversation and experience the atmosphere in which the works are created.

Gartenlust opens the gates to Wennigs gardens and shows the diversity of flower beds, perennials and natural gardens.

At Kunstspur & Gartenlust 2026, there will once again be many points of contact in Wennigsen and its villages, as the event is organized on a decentralized basis - a walk, a bike tour or a leisurely day with art enjoyment and nature at various locations in Wennigsen.

Whether you are an art lover or curious: Kunstspur und Gartenlust makes art direct, approachable and lively - and invites you to discover new perspectives. In many places, this combination is realized directly: whether sculptures, object art or paintings, in many places art is presented directly integrated into gardens.

This year, too, there are new things to discover: delicate watercolors or installations in wild gardens... visitors can be curious.
