In the organizer's words:

How do I perceive my environment? What lines, shapes and rhythms characterize my path through the city? The workshop invites you to explore your own perception of urban spaces and to translate it into drawing and graphic experiments.
The starting point is Huguette Caland's urban landscapes: in her works, bodies, fabrics and lines are transformed into open, organic landscapes - counter-designs to the constricting, chaotic structures.
Together with communication designer Lana Bragin, the participants develop their own visual maps: personal traces, memories and paths, but also wishes, atmospheres and inner images. Step by step, individual maps are created that capture what shapes us - whether concrete places or fleeting impressions.
No previous knowledge is necessary. Everyone who wants to become more aware of their surroundings and explore their inner maps artistically is invited.
