Short stories have their very own magic. They are a brief glimpse through the keyhole, into fantastic worlds that pass as quickly as they were created and yet always leave something in us.

Are you perhaps writing a short story yourself? Or do you enjoy listening to them? Then come and have a few "short stories" at the Short Stories Night! This is where amateur and aspiring authors share their self-written short stories and look forward to your feedback. Everyone is welcome!
Don't let your scribbles gather dust in the drawers! Nothing is more exciting than immersing yourself in the freely invented worlds of other people.

The people who emerge can then tell you what your stories have done to them. If that's not enough motivation to pick up a pen and start writing!

Presenter Patrick Jütte is actually a filmmaker. It was during a short film evening that he had the idea: Why don't we do the same with written short stories? Then the movie takes place in his head. He was already pregnant with the Short Stories Night. He himself had never given birth to a completed short story. But this baby should now motivate all amateur authors to do better. So please, we're all ears!
