On February 6th we celebrate the first LAfrikan Session at Baergarten, together with ARTivisten e.V..

Our guest is the musician and producer Gato Lincheo from Chile 🇨🇱✨

A solo set full of Latin American rhythms and instruments - followed by an open jam session for everyone 🔥

The LAfrikan Sessions are a jam session format created by José Carlos Mayorga (founder of ARTivisten e.V.). The format is dedicated to the exploration and celebration of Latin American and African rhythms and their diversity. This creates an open space for music, intercultural encounters and making music together.

The sessions are co-produced and curated by José Carlos Mayorga and Pablo Gómez (board member of ARTivisten e.V.),

in cooperation with Baergarten and Integrationsbüro Treptow-Köpenick,

with the kind support of the Integration Fund.
