LAINEY WILSON has made a name for herself in the singer/songwriter music scene with her honest lyrics, impressive voice and authentic sound. Having already filled arenas and stadiums in the USA, UK and Australia, this is the first time in Germany that the up-and-coming artist can be experienced live on a small scale. She will be performing in Cologne on 29.04.2024 and in Berlin on 30.04.2024, winning over audiences with her authentic style and energetic stage presence. LAINEY WILSON's music is a bridge between tradition and modernity, and her honest lyrics touch the hearts of her fans. Her musical journey is undoubtedly an exciting one to follow as she continues to explore the boundaries of country music and set new standards. Mark Deming of the online magazine Allmusic described her music as "heartfelt contemporary country with a twist" that has its roots "in classic Southern rock and classic rock with a splash of modern pop".

Her love of music and exceptional talent became apparent at an early age. At the age of 9, LAINEY began writing her own songs. In the 2010s, she shifted the center of her life to Nashville, the Mecca of country music, to pursue her musical career. Her career is the Nashville tale of many artists. In the early years of her career, the young musician performed in small clubs and bars to hone her skills and make a name for herself in the local music scene. Her dedication and passion for songwriting helped her to catch the attention of the industry. And so she released her debut album "Lainey Wilson" in 2019.

Her big breakthrough came with her single "Things a Man Oughta Know", from her second studio album "Sayin' What I'm Thinkin'" (2021). The song captured the hearts of country music fans worldwide and led to numerous awards and nominations. The title reflects LAINEY's ability to tell true-to-life stories with her distinctive style. A talented songwriter, she has written for artists such as Luke Combs and Ashley McBryde.

In 2022, she released her highly anticipated and arguably most personal album "Bell Bottom Country", which was crowned 'Album of the Year' by ACM in 2023. According to LAINEY WILSON, it is "a labor of love", "Bell Bottom Country is country with a special flair!". The singer, famous for her "Bell Bottom Country" sound, took the hearts of all Yellowstone viewers by storm as Abby in season 5. LAINEY not only made her acting debut in the US series, but her number 1 hit single "Heart Like a Truck" and the two songs "Smell Like Smoke" and "Watermelon Moonshine" from her "Bell Bottom Country" album can also be heard.

LAINEY WILSON is undisputedly one of the most sought-after artists in and from Nashville. ACM's 'New Female of the Year', 'Song of the Year', 'Album of the Year', 'Female of the Year' and 'Musical Event of the Year' are just a fraction of the awards LAINEY WILSON has received since 2021. Last year, Wilson received six CMA nominations, of which she took home four trophies. For the second year in a row, she leads the list for the 57th CMA Awards with 9 nominations, making history as the only artist to top the list of nominees in her first two appearances on the final ballot.

After supporting Eric Paisley in Germany in 2019, the passionate, energetic singer/songwriter is now coming to Germany for two headlining concerts and fans can look forward to more than just 30 minutes of the Louisiana-born power woman.
