On July 3, the Lakeside concert series enters its third round. The popular free outdoor mini-festival organized by the HOT Billabong Youth Center is bringing live music from young bands and artists back to the lake—with original songs and covers, and always with a cool sound.
In a relaxed open-air atmosphere, you can make yourself comfortable on picnic blankets or lounge chairs and enjoy the music right by the lake.
On July 3, singer-songwriter “JAD” and the bands “Consider Friction” and “INVICTUS” will share the Lakeside stage:
JAD – Just A Dream
A breath of fresh air from Krefeld with nostalgic and dreamy pop. As his stage name suggests, you can expect nostalgia, melancholy, but also the dream that everything will somehow come true someday. Don’t miss his performance on July 3 at the Lakeside Festival in Bielefeld.
Consider Friction
After a fresh start in 2022, the five members of Consider Friction deliver both heavy and soft guitar riffs on stage, plenty of “noise” and mayhem, but also a lot of emotion. Jimmy, Johannes, Luka, Max, and Steve sometimes take a critical look at society, sometimes express their deepest emotions, and sometimes they just party. And they always have a shark on their playlist.
INVICTUS
With their modern, melodic hard rock, INVICTUS bridge the gap between the past and the present. Powerful riffs, strong melodies, and catchy choruses meet emotional vocals and an energetic live performance. Authentic, passionate, and with true rock spirit, INVICTUS bring the classic hard rock sound into the present.
The concert starts at 5 p.m. Free admission.
So: Pack your favorite blanket, bring your friends, and enjoy 90 minutes of festival atmosphere by the water.
