Lange Nacht der Museen 2026. Durch die Nacht im Humboldt Forum

Noch niemand hat sich das Event gemerkt.

In the organizer's words:

Once again this year, the Humboldt Forum is participating in Berlin’s Long Night of Museums. You are cordially invited to join us starting at 6:00 p.m. After dark, rainbow-colored illuminated portals will lead you into the Schlüterhof.

In the foyer, the beats of Emo Rugene will set the perfect mood for dancing or relaxing. The evening will be accompanied by a digital sea of colors created for you by our cosmographer.

Discover the entire complex in a single night: programs from the Humboldt Forum Foundation at the Berlin Palace, the State Museums of Berlin—including the Ethnological Museum and the Museum of Asian Art—the BERLIN GLOBAL exhibition by the City Museum Berlin Foundation, and the On Water exhibition at Humboldt University of Berlin.

Connect with the globe during an interactive tour of BERLIN GLOBAL and experience how Berlin has always been intertwined with the world. The exhibitions at the Ethnological Museum and the Museum of Asian Art offer diverse perspectives on the past and present cultures of Africa, Asia, and Oceania.

Descend into the palace cellar and discover the oldest evidence of the site’s history. The exhibition spans from the Middle Ages to the present day and features original figures from the historic palace façade in the Sculpture Hall .

The video panorama provides an impressive overview of the site’s history.

During the Long Night, short guided tours provide insights into selected works of art and collections. Exciting stories, surprising perspectives, and time for your questions are all included.

Until 8:00 p.m., you can also visit the rooftop terrace and enjoy the view over downtown Berlin.

Those who’d like to get to know the museums behind the scenes can explore the various friends’ associations. In the Schlüterhof and at the exhibition entrances, they’ll present their work and invite you on a special tour through the collections.

The Lebenswelten bistro, the KERB Food Market, and the Baret restaurant are open until midnight. The Foyer Bar serves drinks until 1:30 a.m.

And if you’d like to continue the night afterward: The Technikmuseum’s “Rolling Museum” will take you directly from the Humboldt Forum to the German Museum of Technology in historic vehicles.

Come on by—we look forward to seeing you, your friends, and your family!
