Lange Nacht des Klimas
In the organizer's words:
This year, the “Long Night of Climate” will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Around 40 exciting events—ranging from lectures, films, and workshops to performances and music—will be held under the theme “Fighting Climate Change with Good Vibes.” For one night, the cinema, theater, club, and garden of the Kulturfabrik Moabit will be transformed into a vibrant hub for climate awareness, dialogue, and inspiration. At the last Long Night, we welcomed around 1,000 visitors.
Among those participating are journalist and activist Arne Semsrott, energy economist Claudia Kemfert, sociologist Matthias Quent, climate researcher Levke Caesar, climate activist Jakob Springfeld, journalist Susanne Götze, AI and sustainability expert Julian Bothe, and comedian Sebastian 23
The 2026 program is still in the works, but this year’s Long Night will once again offer new perspectives, inspiring encounters—and a healthy dose of good vibes in the fight for the climate. The event page and a short video recap can be found here:Long Night of the Climate
