We draw on the wisdom of millennia-old traditions to cultivate our mindfulness together and learn how it can serve as a constant companion, helping us maintain mental balance in our daily lives.

With its historic gardens, the Lapidarium offers a special setting for our outdoor mindfulness workshop. Surrounded by sculptures and nature, we experience soothing movement, tranquility, and balance in a unique atmosphere.
