Latschen und Quatschen

Walk & Chat

Every second Thursday at 5:00 p.m.

📍 Meeting point: Westpark Bochum, at the bottom of the large staircase at the Jahrhunderthaus (Alleestraße 80). From there, we’ll set off together on our walk through Westpark.

New: Starting now, we’ll begin at 5:00 p.m. instead of 6:00 p.m. as before. This way, we can account for the early onset of darkness during the cold season and still start our walk together while it’s still light out.

After work, put on your running shoes and head to the park.

We’re a diverse group of all ages who take a leisurely walk through the park every other Thursday. No pressure to keep up a certain pace, no athletic requirements, and no registration needed—the main thing is that we’re out and about together.

Maybe after a long day, you just want to get outside for a bit and move around. Maybe you’re new to Bochum and want to meet people, or maybe you’re just in the mood for a walk and a good chat.

You don’t have to know anyone—just come on by. We’re happy to have anyone who wants to join us.

Do you have any questions? Just email us atkontakt@vereintbochum.de.

We look forward to seeing you!
