In the organizer's words:
What do we see when we look at dance and how would we describe it? Is that even possible? If I told you what I saw, would you see the same thing in your mind's eye - or something completely different? What do we communicate through dance?
These are just some of the questions explored by "Leichter getanzt als gesagt", Ballett am Rhein's interactive dance format. The exciting tension that arises between improvised dance and improvised text opens up a deeper understanding of dance as an expressive art form and fundamentally important human activity, both for the artists involved and for the audience.
