LEIDER GEIL - Deutschlandtour 2026

The young band LEIDER GEIL from Strausberg near Berlin is setting out on its first German tour this summer and will be stopping in Hannover. On August 7, the up-and-coming musicians will perform at the Freizeitheim Linden, located at Windheimstraße 4, 30451 Hannover. Admission is free.

With their debut album “Alpha,” released in August 2025, the musicians have fulfilled a long-cherished dream. The album features ten songs and spans genres ranging from pop punk to punk rock and nu metal. The album was produced at Paul Oswald’s recording studio. The band is known for energetic guitar music, catchy melodies, and lyrics that address issues that matter to young people.

In their original songs, the musicians address issues such as social justice, social inequality, and climate change. In addition to their original compositions, their repertoire also includes cover versions of songs by well-known bands such as Nirvana, Die Ärzte, and Massendefekt. LEIDER GEIL consists of young musicians between the ages of about 13 and 17 and has built up a growing fan base in recent months.

Through their social media channels, they regularly share glimpses from the rehearsal room, concerts, and their current tour. The concert at the Freizeitheim Linden offers the chance to experience one of Brandenburg’s most exciting young bands live.
