In the current edition of the LeseLounge in the attic of the Augustinermuseum, art historian Julia Voss reads from her biography "Die Menschheit in Erstaunen versetzen" (2020). In it, she sheds light on the fascinating life of the Swedish artist Hilma af Klint (1862-1944), who is considered a pioneer of abstraction today. During her lifetime, however, she remained largely unknown and did not have the opportunity to exhibit her extraordinary works. Participation costs 10 euros, concessions 8 euros. Tickets are available in the online store.
