Originally a winged messenger of affection - now disillusioned and unemployed due to the fact that nobody writes love letters anymore - Lukas not only has a drinking problem, a morally dubious attitude and an aversion to people, but also knows everything there is to know about love. Against this backdrop, his eventful life story, his pronounced ego and his lack of talent in matters of diplomacy make his memoirs a unique treasure trove of strong language and peculiarities between wisdom and flippant speech.

Lukas' memoirs were translated into German by his long-time manager and companion, the once up-and-coming author Christian von Aster, who will also be reading them on this evening.
