Carolina Spiess is a cert. Menstrual Cycle Coach, who herself didn't know what was happening in her body for a long time. And how much easier everything became when she finally understood it.

And Dr. med. Clara Porwoll, a general practitioner who gained a wealth of experience with alternative healing methods and women's circles in South America. Today, she incorporates this knowledge into her medical work and everyday life.
