Cris Cosmo's songs took him to the Bundesvision Song Contest, won a Radio Rainbow Award and were nominated for the Echo and the German Songwriting Award. For twenty years, the singer-songwriter with a summery sound and positive messages has been one of the most successful live acts in the southwest of Germany.
Cris will release his new album "Liebe dich selbst" on 25.09.2026 and start his German tour at the Bürgerhaus Neuer Markt in Bühl.
Encounters with people and cultures from all over the world during his time as a street musician in Europe, South America and Asia shaped Cris' stage name "Cosmo" [cosmopolitan] and his musical style: a driving mix of singer-songwriter, pop-rock, reggae and the danceable grooves of South America with hooky choruses in German and other languages.
The positive, inspiring songs that invite you to sing and dance are about uniqueness and a world for all, about international understanding and world peace, about self-realization and joie de vivre. Cris Cosmo stands for entertainment with attitude. In politically tense times, the authentic entertainer brings the freedom party to the stage, to which all nations and age groups are welcome.
After playing more than 2,000 concerts, Cris Cosmo has developed an extraordinary stage presence. His rousing live shows have been designed over many years in interaction with the audience. Cris picks people up with an improvised freestyle song that breaks the ice in seconds. With coordinated lighting scenes and video projections, the intimate concert becomes multimedia.
