Lieder am Strand

For the first time, the Liedertour is hosting its own song festival,“LIEDER AM STRAND,” on the idyllic Biedermeier Beach in Hayna. Our unique stage on the shore of Lake Schladitz provides a dreamlike backdrop for the event.

The occasion for the celebration is the release of the“Best of” album “Lieblingslieder”by the Leipzig bandKARO NERO, which will be available exclusivelyon vinyl. With their blend of indie pop, folk, blues, and Lieder, they’ll enchant the audience throughout a balmy summer evening with theirrecord-release concert—but that’s not all.

They’ve invited the soul-pop bandSEELENHERZas special guests, a group that plays authentic and soulful songs drawn from real life—including their own compositions as well as covers of Norah Jones, Sade, and Tom Waits.

Also joining the summer festivities isSCHÜLLER, the band led by Leipzig-based singer-songwriter and top-tier chansonnierRalph Schüller. Their latest album, “Apokalyptusbonbon,” has also just been released on vinyl.

The Liedertouris a renowned concert series that has been running for over 30 years, focusing on handmade and authentic live music. Together, all the evening’s performers promise an unforgettable musical experience in the stunningly beautiful setting of Biedermeierstrand.
