Experience the infectious energy of Lindy Hop! Originating in the late 1920s in the legendary Savoy Ballroom in Harlem, this African-American dance still carries a spirit of freedom and openness to this day. In our workshop, you will learn some of the basics of Lindy Hop so that you can dance along to swing music straight afterwards. We dance in the original spirit of the Savoy Ballroom: the dance roles of leader and follower are chosen regardless of gender. Whether you come alone or in a group - come along, feel the vibe of the jazz era and dance yourself happy at the social dance afterwards!
