Linsenliebe: Schwaben und Bengalen auf dem Teller

In January, Viola and Detlef Weik brought Swabian cuisine to Amar Khamar’s Restaurant in Kolkata. In July, the team from the award-winning Amar Khamar restaurant in Kolkata will be cooking Bengali dishes in Europe. 

That’s because Swabians and Bengalis have more in common culinarily than meets the eye. Look forward to a four-course intercultural dialogue, during which Viola and Detlef Weik will team up with the Amar Khamar team to conjure up delicious dishes.
