In the organizer's words:

Liquid Silk from Potsdam have been around since 2009 and are finally releasing their second LP, Quicksand, at the end of 2025 - a full seven years after Highest Mountain.

Liquid Silk are constantly expanding their musical horizons with new stylistic influences: on Quicksand, elements of funk and grunge are mixed into their characteristic sound. At its core, however, the band remains true to its roots - handmade retro rock with a strong pinch of psychedelic and stoner.

The release show for the new record will take place in their hometown: January 2026 at Waschhaus Potsdam.
