Come check out the live painting and the opening reception for @deetwokay.
@deetwokay works with acrylics, spray paint, and chalk.
His paintings emerge intuitively—through layers, swaths of color, and traces that capture moods before they take shape. Amid abstract compositions, faces of friends, fragments of memories, or individual figures emerge. The works navigate the tension between the desire for expression and a quiet inward gaze. What appears non-representational at first glance leaves room for personal interpretations.
