What happens when something is translated - from one language into another? From music to an image and back again? Robots, musicians and employees of the ligeti center from various professional fields explore together how technology, research and artistic forms of expression can intertwine.

We provide insights into current projects at the ligeti center - from painting robots and hybrid instruments to musical explorations in virtual spaces and 3D audio.

Lost in Translation is an entertaining stage show for young and old and an invitation to engage with new impressions. Between music, robots and artistic experiments, a dialog unfolds in which interpretation and shifting meanings themselves become a performance.
