low key orchestra. You can't get more understatement in a band name. Sönke Torpus has found the most inappropriate - and therefore most fitting - name for something that, without wanting to exaggerate, is musically truly great.
low key orchestra is the new band project of the aforementioned. All indie folk connoisseurs among us will be familiar with his former band Torpus & the Art Directors and will have fond memories of it, and the joy written all over their faces that new music is now on the doorstep of their favorite songs.
