Luiza's music is a celebration of life, an ode to femininity and a musical bonfire.

Born in Rennes to a Brazilian mother and a French father, Luiza grew up in a family where music and creativity were part of everyday life. Art is lived there as an art of living, and she learns to marvel at everything. After a classical education at the Rennes Conservatory, she explored Brazil and its Amazon region, Parisian life, an art school on La Réunion and the stages of the world, wherever her path took her.

She shares her inspirations with numerous artists, releases a dub EP with Khoe Wa, is responsible for several features (Fakear, Mahom, Flavia Coelho...) and has a formative appearance at Taratata with Féfé, where she finally even interprets pieces from her own repertoire.

For the past year, Luiza and her trio have been making people dance everywhere. Radio Nova calls her one of its "heart favorites" of the last Bars en Trans. She has also played as a support act for Zoufris Maracas, Fatoumata Diawara at the Olympia and Ladaniva at the Bataclan. Trumpeter Louis Thomas (Ladaniva) is also heavily involved in the composition of several tracks on her first EP Fantastik (released in February 24), as well as Luis Malapa (Myra), Victor Vagh (Flavia Coelho) and GuiB (Ours Samplus), who contribute their knowledge of programming and melodic compositions.

While tracks such as "Demain Demain" or "Oxala" continue to delight audiences, Luiza has recently caused a stir with an irresistible new reggae sound: "Soleil Bleu" (with the duo Bleu Soleil), an infectious anthem to freedom that reached the top of the viral chart on Spotify and ranks in the top 20 of Instagram and TikTok trends. Without a doubt one of the songs of the summer - just before the release of her first album, which is already expected to be radiant.
