In the organizer's words:

Lukas Pfeil has been a lecturer in Jazz & Pop at the 'Louis Spohr' Music Academy in Kassel since 2024. Originally from southern Germany, the saxophonist quickly connected with the local jazz scene in his new home. This is how he met pianist Michael Müller, bassist Till Spohr and drummer Tobias Schulte (Triosence).

The quartet subsequently met several times for private jam sessions. A special chemistry quickly developed between the musicians - both musically and personally.

Now the new band is presenting its music for the first time at the Theaterstübchen: a program of jazz standards and original compositions that combines rousing swing, catchy grooves and romantic ballads.
