Mainz kocht! Das 8. Running Dinner

Mainz kocht! is the Mainz offshoot of the Running Dinner and is taking place for the eighth time this fall. People from different parts of the city cook for each other in small groups and get to know each other in this way. Mainz kocht! is organized by the non-profit association Mainz nachhaltig verbinden e.V. The event brings people together and aims to promote a lively neighbourhood in Mainz.

The next Mainz kocht! event will take place on November 16, 2024.

What can you expect?
Twelve new acquaintances, a delicious three-course menu and what is sure to be an unforgettable evening. You will prepare one of three courses as a cooking duo in your own kitchen - the other two will be served to you. This means that six different people always come together. You'll have plenty of time to chat, eat, discuss and move on to the next course.

Who is it for?
Mainz Kocht! is an event for all Mainz residents & friends! You can register alone or in pairs as a cooking team. The event is organized by a volunteer team from the association Mainz nachhaltig verbinden e.V.

Where?
The event area includes the following districts: Altstadt, Neustadt, Oberstadt, Bretzenheim, Gonsenheim, Hartenberg-Münchfeld, Hechtsheim, Mombach, Laubenheim, Weisenau, Finthen and our neighbor Mainz-Kastel.
After the last course, we invite all participants to a get-together in the Kulturei.
