Make your own lamp

In the organizer's words:

Light is a fascinating phenomenon - and an invitation to get creative.
In this course, you will design your own individually crafted porcelain lamp. The translucent material allows light to softly shine through, creating a special atmosphere. Embedded glass beads partially melt during firing, leaving surprising effects - making each piece a truly unique object.
Under the guidance of ceramic artist Martin McWilliam, participants work with wafer-thin porcelain sheets. Through cutting, draping, and structuring, distinctive forms and surfaces take shape. The finished light objects are fired in a single bisque firing - without glazing, which preserves the porcelain's matte, velvety surface.

This way, you will create a radiant light source that reflects your personal touch and fills your home with a warm glow - not only during the Advent season, but all year round.
This course will be held in English. The instructor also speaks German and can assist if required.
