This summer, we'll be showing Germany's matches and selected games from the Men's World Cup. Outdoor in our summer garden and indoor on the big screen. Free admission, cold drinks, pizza, sun, discussions and shared excitement.

At the same time, we don't want to pretend that men's soccer is simply an apolitical sport. The World Cup is closely linked to billions in sales, association structures, sponsorship interests and a sport that is still strongly characterized by male dominance.

For us, these things are not mutually exclusive.

We believe that cultural venues can also be spaces in which contradictions remain visible. You can watch a game, enjoy a goal, spend a summer evening together and still take a critical look at the structures behind the spectacle.

That's why we're streaming the Men's World Cup not despite these questions, but with them.
