Enter a circle of sonorous silence: we sing a Buddhist-inspired mantra together for 30 minutes, immerse ourselves in sound meditation and then let our voices be heard.
Mantra singing takes you from thinking to feeling, can stop your thought carousel and strengthens the feeling of connection - with yourself and others.
Themeeting point is the Blauer See recreation area parking lot.
Please bring your own comfortable seating.
