Mantra Yogastunde & Konzert zur Wintersonnenwende im YogaRaum Zossen

On Saturday, December 21, you can experience a unique combination of yoga and music at YogaRaum Zossen, Am Kiez 26.

The event starts at 4:30 pm with a mantra yoga class accompanied by live sounds and mantras and led by yoga teacher Nicole. The mantras guide our mind and help us to hold the yoga postures for longer by practicing them together. The sacred sounds carry the participants and guide them back into focused lightness. Through breathing, movement and chanting, that which has become rigid can become soft, that which is closed can open up and that which is dark can be full of light. The yoga class is suitable for all levels and is also suitable for beginners.

A unique mantra concert follows at 19:30. Aleah, who is known in the mantra and yoga scene as the singer of the band The Love Keys, has invited the musician Scott Hildebrand from Berlin to support her musically for this evening. Together they will create this live concert and add their own new facet and style to the mantras and music.
