The weekly market at Idenbrockplatz in the Kinderhaus district is a real Thursday highlight - fresh, local and just around the corner. Every Thursday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm, the trapezoidal square in front of the community center is transformed into a lively meeting place where you can buy seasonal produce such as crunchy vegetables, aromatic herbs, fruit, bread, cheese, meat and sausage products from the region - often donated directly by farmers or bakers. Honey, fresh eggs from happy hens and colorful flowers round off the offer.
