The MARKTHALLE ACHT presents the MARKTTÖNE every Thursday (except public holidays).
from 7 to 9 pm (new from June 2023), whereby..., the end of the concert is largely determined by the audience (i.e. you)!

Ian Leding and his partner Annie Rose are guitars that oscillate between sober purism and a voluptuous, effects-laden sound, a charismatic voice
full of raw melancholy and expressiveness, sometimes fragile and doubtful, sometimes powerful and deep.

Sophisticated and versatile songwriting, paired with different instrumentation.

The combination of twelve-string acoustic guitar, a djembe and sometimes two-part vocals merges into folk noir songs that conjure up melancholy, dreamy images of dark seas and lakes, distant places and lonely places.

All concerts are hat concerts, which means YOU as a guest decide what amount you think is appropriate and put in the hat. There is no rule for this, you alone decide. A little tip: musicians create their works, rehearse and come to us at the venue! Musicians love "spotlights" and any amount is welcome - just like you! We accept cash or EC cash! The amount goes 100% to the musicians on the same evening.
