You can juggle with all kinds of objects, but what Andrea Salustri does has never really been seen before. He juggles with polystyrene: with plates, disks, balls and tiny balls. He uses not only his hands, but also his body, fans and much more. Sometimes he moves the objects, sometimes they move as if by magic and seem to have a life of their own. Then again they become canvases, sculptures and musical instruments that make the forces of nature appear. Captivating worlds are created that enchant children and adults alike.
The Italian circus artist, dancer and philosopher Andrea Salustri devotes himself entirely to polystyrene * and the unexpected possibilities of this everyday material. His skills go beyond the tricks and artistry of the artist. He creates magical images with an everyday object. Who would have guessed what Styrofoam could do?
With this show, Salustri invents his own genre between circus, dance and concert. A creative act in the best sense of the word by a unique and precise artist.
Note Stroboscopic effects will be used during the event.
