This course is all about classic Mediterranean flavors and their creative implementation. You will learn how to optimally combine fresh, seasonal ingredients, use typical herbs and spices such as basil, thyme and oregano and prepare complex dishes. Our experienced professional chefs will show you tricks and techniques so that you can cook the dishes at home with confidence.

• Appetizer: Grilled radicchio with agrodolce raisins, purple basil, sour cream and dill
• Main course: Gnocchi with ratatouille and pecorino espuma
• Dessert: Ligurian hazelnut cake with orange and amaro

After a warm welcome with a champagne reception, the hands-on cooking course begins. Our experienced professional chefs will guide you through the preparation of a starter, main course and dessert. Not only will you learn the techniques and tricks of Mediterranean cuisine, but you will also receive tips on how to recreate the dishes at home and vary them creatively.

During the course, you will gain an insight into Mediterranean cuisine:
