The Meisterwerke concert series in Berlin Cathedral presents cultural life in all its diversity - from great classical music to literary-musical evenings and club culture. In the midst of sacred architecture and unique acoustics, unforgettable evenings are created - impressive, moving, inspiring.

With her unmistakable voice and her deep love of literature, Iris Berben invites you to a very special evening in Berlin Cathedral. Musically accompanied by the Vokalhelden children's choir, she tells of the miracle of Christmas - of hope, wishes, warmth and the magic of togetherness. An evening that warms hearts and connects generations.

The stories - sometimes cheerful, sometimes thoughtful, classic or modern - were personally selected by the popular actress, her favorite Christmas stories. The reading will be musically interwoven by the Vokalhelden children's choir, an award-winning project of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, which is known for its lively, inclusive work with children and young people from all over Berlin. Around 30 young voices fill the majestic cathedral with traditional and modern Christmas carols.

An evening for young and old, for families, groups of friends and everyone who wants to experience a moment of peace, closeness and reflection during the Advent season.
