The METAMarkt in METAStadt Vienna is a very special flea market - because it takes place in a revitalized old factory environment and combines industrial charm with the flair of a classic flea market. Every Saturday and Sunday, the METAMarkt in the HAINHalle, Stadlauer Straße 41a / Dr. Otto Neurath Gasse 3, 1220 Vienna, invites you to browse, collect and haggle to your heart's content. The doors are open to visitors from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Whether vintage treasures, antiques, household items or curiosities - the wide range of items on offer from private sellers and experienced dealers makes every visit an experience. The special feature: Exhibitors can appear spontaneously and without pre-registration - stand spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each space includes a table (3 x 1 m) for € 20 on Saturdays and € 30 on Sundays. A free parking lot directly on the grounds is available for both exhibitors and visitors.

Thanks to the excellent public transport connections - by S80 to Erzherzog Karl Straße station (only 150 m away) or by streetcar line 25 and bus 26A - the METAMarkt is easy to reach, whether by car or public transport.

1. how much does it cost to leave a table when I come back next week?

If you want to leave your table for the following week, you pay a storage fee of € 10 per table per week.

2. are there also special themed events at the METAMarkt?

Yes, on some Sundays, in addition to the regular METAMarkt, there are special themed Sundays. Up-to-date information is available directly from METAStadt.

3. can I also rent a sales hut instead of a simple table at the METAMarkt?

Yes, there are wooden sales huts (3.00 x 2.50 m, internal height 2 m) for rent - optionally with a table and electricity connection. The price is € 100,- for Saturday & Sunday, plus € 10,- per table and electricity costs according to consumption. If you want to leave the hut standing, you pay an additional € 25,- per week.

4. can I also look at METAStadt as a location for other events?

Absolutely! METAStadt is a versatile event, congress and exhibition center. A guided tour of the venue is available on request.

5. what is the best way to get to the METAMarkt by public transport?

The quickest way is by S-Bahn S80 to the station "Erzherzog Karl Straße" - from there it is only about 150 meters to METAStadt. Alternatively, streetcar line 25 (from U1 Kagran or U2 Hardeggasse) and bus 26A (from U1 Kagran) also go to Erzherzog Karl Straße station.
