Time to get to know cocoa from a whole new perspective!
In my experience workshop, we go on a little journey of discovery: from the origin of the cocoa bean to its production and variety and its surprising health effects. You will try different varieties in all processing stages, test new combinations at my breakfast and cocoa bar and find out how you can easily integrate high-quality cocoa into your everyday life. At the end, you will create your own personal favorite cocoa (including a recipe to take home).
A taste-intensive workshop for everyone who wants to experience cocoa in a new way: beyond clichés - full of knowledge, joy and enjoyment.
Who is behind the workshop
I am Sabrina: a health educator, musician and gourmet. A few years ago, I came across pure fine flavor cocoa - a direct hit for me in terms of taste, because as a non-coffee drinker, I finally found "my" drink here. When a friend asked me to do a little cocoa tasting at her birthday party, I got more involved with cocoa and was completely overwhelmed! There is so much history, variety and health power in this bean! It was clear to me that more people needed to experience this. That's why I developed a workshop that gives the cocoa bean the attention it deserves and also teaches everyday health knowledge.
