In the organizer's words:

The concept is as surprising as it is ingenious: you could basically describe it as "Love is Blind" for bands. During the casting phase, 50 singers sit in a kind of studio box and only hear each other's voices. This is how bands are formed and then compete together against the other groups.

The jury for "Building The Band" was no less spectacular than the concept: Nicole Scherzinger from the Pussycat Dolls, Kelly Rowland from Destiny's Child and Liam Payne from One Direction, who unfortunately died tragically before the show was broadcast. The show was hosted by AJ McLean from the Backstreet Boys.

Midnight Til Morning emerged from the show and are now ready to perform live. Their debut single "Bye" was co-written by the band with Benson Boone, Amy Allen (Harry Styles, Sabrina Carpenter) and a world-class creative team and marks the beginning of what is already shaping up to be a breakthrough year.
