Everyone wants Miles

Bass icon Marcus Miller drums up the original line-up from the 1982 "We Want Miles" album for the conclusion of the Miles Davis centenary focus. After its release in 1982, the band didn't play together for more than 40 years until Miller invited them to a big revival at the renowned Blue Note jazz club in New York in 2022. "I wanted to hear what we sounded like as adults," he said at the time. The result must have convinced him: Now he is bringing this spectacular band revival to the Elbphilharmonie.
