Mimi Barks has created her very own world. Born from the fusion of metal, industrial and trap, her self-defined DOOM-TRAP sound is heavy, emotional and full of tension. It has nothing of a smooth, comfortable music. The music hits hard, cuts deep and aims straight for the places most artists try to avoid.

Hailing from the underground scenes of Berlin and later London and now based in Los Angeles, Mimi Barks has quickly established herself through powerful releases and even more powerful live performances.

This energy has taken her to the stages of Download Festival, Wacken Open Air, Bloodstock, Boomtown, 2000 Trees and more. There is no safe distance on stage. Their performances are raw, personal and confrontational, with an honesty that captivates the audience and never lets go.

This year marks another big step forward. Mimi is currently on her first US tour with Little Miss Nasty and GG Magree, presenting her live show to American audiences for the first time. In terms of releases, "Dreamstate Of Hell" has paved the way into this new phase, while second single "Jericho" takes things a step further into a heavier crossover of alternative metal and modern rock, driven by heavy guitars, dynamic vocals and a catchy chorus, without losing the darkness that is at the core of their sound.

Following her US tour, Mimi returns to Europe for newly announced dates with Wargasm, including festival appearances at Vainstream and Till Fest, before taking this momentum onto her own UK tour in September.
