Gunter Böhnke explores one of Central Germany’s most important questions: Why do the Saxons actually still exist? With stories, songs, limericks, and plenty of self-deprecating humor, he celebrates the astonishing resilience of his people. An evening for Saxons, exiled Saxons, and anyone who has ever tried to pronounce “Nu” correctly.
