On Saturday, 07.02.2026, we're going out on the ice WITH YOU - what could possibly go wrong?

The MIT DIR festival crew will transform the ice rink at Winterquartier into a dance floor on skates.
Put on your skates, grab a drink and hit the ice (or the boards). Whether you're a pirouette pro or a mulled wine crowd, everyone gets their money's worth here.

> Time: 16:00 - 22:00

> Ice rink: Ice skating only with a pre-booked time slot via the Winterquartier Berlin website.
Tickets can also be purchased on site, but there is no guarantee of a time slot.

> Admission: Ice skating slots: €9, €6 reduced.
Free admission if you don't want to skate

> Drinks & food: No own drinks allowed Bar & food stands are available on site

What happens in bad weather?
The ice rink is indoor and protected from the weather.

I can't skate. Can I still come?
Absolutely. There are also ice skating aids for beginners.

Do I have to skate to have fun?
No. Watching, cheering, drinking, eating and being there also counts.

Can I bring my own drinks? No - but there's a bar for that.

Can I hire skates on site? Yes, it's best to book in advance via the Winterquartier ticket store.

What happens when my slot is over? Then you move elegantly from the ice to the edge. Book the next slot or have already booked it or go to the bar.

Is there food? Yes, there are 4 food stands in the Winterquartier
