On December 13, 2025, the Lindenkeller Freising will once again be transformed into a paradise for all those who love something special: Herzlmarkt is taking over the traditional Freising design market, a creative institution in the run-up to Christmas in Freising. So that it is not only preserved - but because this is exactly where the Herzlmarkt's journey once began. The format of the handmade and creative market brings together around 40 selected regional exhibitors who present design, art and crafts with heart. All indoors, regardless of the weather and in a cozy atmosphere right in the heart of Freising.

From wine & spirits, clothing, special bags, books, wall clocks, natural cosmetics, Christmas decorations, ceramics to Italian delicatessen - the variety of handmade products and creative ideas is huge. If you are still looking for a loving gift or simply something unique, you are guaranteed to find it here.

Creative, culinary & hands-on moments

As usual, everything in Freising is handmade, sustainable and with heart. A lovingly curated selection of unique products from many regional creatives, designers and small manufacturers will be on display. Visitors can expect an inspiring mix of design, art and DIY experiences: there will be live demonstrations where creative people will give insights into their work and free glitter tattoos for young and old.

Of course, there will also be tastings: From fine spreads, chocolate and vegan minced meat to aromatic spirits and spicy sauces - connoisseurs will get their money's worth here. Cozy seating areas in the Lindenkeller invite you to linger, discover and chat. The on-site restaurant is open for anyone who is hungry.
