This is how a meeting works:

We start with a cup of coffee, tea or a cold drink. Then the conversation begins. Everyone can talk or listen. Because listening is just as important as talking.

The meeting lasts about 1-2 hours. We treat each other in a friendly, respectful and respectful manner. From time to time, we will be visited by experts, e.g. yoga teachers, physiotherapists, doctors, psychotherapists, etc.
