On Saturday, June 20, 2026, the Gläserne Werkstatt Solingen, in collaboration with the FAB.Region Bergisches Städtedreieck project, is hosting a Bicycle Mobility Day. The event will focus on the bicycle as a sustainable mode of transportation, practical help for DIY repairs, and discussions about the future of cycling in Solingen and the region.

Visitors can look forward to a varied program featuring an open bike workshop, a used bike market, presentations, information booths, and practical tips on all things cycling. ADFC Solingen will also be on site to offer bike anti-theft marking.

Anyone looking to sell a used bike or find a new one can participate in the used bike market. Individuals can offer their bikes for sale and connect directly with interested buyers.
