In this3-hour space for movement and emotions, we create a mindful environment where you can reconnect with yourself. Throughyoga,meditation,mindful movement, andmusic, you’ll learn to become more aware of your body and emotions, understand them, and express them.
Together, we’ll explorebasic emotions, theirfunctions, and the underlyingneeds they represent. You’ll experience how emotions manifest in your body and give them the space to gently come into motion.
At the Lapidarium—a historic haven of tranquility in the midst of the bustling city—you’re invited to sharpen your awareness and deepen the connection between body, emotions, and mind.
Suitable for everyone—no prior yoga experience necessary.
Please bring yourown mat.

Meike: A Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher for nearly five years (200-hour, Yoga Alliance certified) with advanced training in anatomy, hands-on adjustments, and prenatal and postnatal yoga.
Anja: Psychological psychotherapist (systemic therapy, psychosomatics), (hypno-)systemic coach, and musician.
